July 30, 31 & August 1, 2004 - 25th Annual Franklin Grove Summer Harvest Festival in and around the Village of Franklin Grove, Illinois. Something for everyone.
Third Friday of the Month - Music at the Lincoln Building Bluegrass - Folk - Blues - Country and more. Bring your instrument and join in or just enjoy the entertainment. For information call 815-456-3030. Festivities start at 7 PM and continue until the last note is played. Musicians are encouraged to arrive early to sign in.

Creek Historical Site
- Open to the public from Mid-April through Mid-October
from 10:00 to 4:00 on Saturdays and noon to 4:00 on Sundays.
The site can be open by appointment at other times and is available

Franklin
Creek State Natural Area and Grist Mill. Mill Spring day
use area open year round from sunrise to sunset. Norwegian Hill
day use area open seasonally sunrise to sunset. Grist Mill open
weekends, Saturdays 10:00 to 4:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 4:00 from
April 1st
